Terms & Conditions for Commissioned Guitars

To place an order for a hand built guitar a £250.00 non-refundable deposit is required. The build period is normally about 5 months. The guitar will be built to a specification agreed with you at the outset.

The balance of payment will need to be paid before collection. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the guitar you do not have to proceed with the purchase - however the deposit is non-refundable.
